摘要
目的:探讨细胞凋亡在青光眼发病机制研究中的新进展。方法:阅读国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果与结论:在原发性青光眼发病机制的研究中细胞凋亡的理论从一个新的角度对其进行考虑。青光眼视网膜神经节细胞及小梁细胞的凋亡在青光眼的发病机制、诊断治疗中发挥重要作用。
Objective：To investigate the new progress of study in effect of apoptosis on the pathogenesis of glaucoma. Methods： Reading the literatures home and abroad, then reviewing them. Results and Conclusion： The theory of apoptosis provides a new point of view for probing the pathogenesis of primary glaucoma. The apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells and trabecular meshwork cells plays an important role in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and management of glaucoma.
