摘要
目的探讨人文关怀护理在降低老年输液患者并发症及提高患者满意度中的应用。方法将2016年1~9月到我院进行输液治疗的住院患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和实验组各60例。对照组患者进行常规输液护理,实验组患者在接受输液护理时给予人文关怀护理,干预时间为1个月,干预结束后,通过临床观察两组患者的输液并发症及通过问卷调查来调查护理满意度并比较。结果实验组患者的输液并发症如渗漏性损伤,空气栓塞,静脉炎,输液反应等不良反应的发生率均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理在老年输液患者的使用,有利于其降低输液并发症的发生率,提升患者及家属对护理服务的认可度。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in reducing the complication of elderly patients with infusion and improving patient satisfaction.Methods From January 2016 to September 2016, hospitalized patients who were treated with infusion in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,55 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine infusion care.The patients in the experimental group were given humanistic care and nursing care.The intervention time was 1 month. After the intervention, the complications of the infusion were observed by clinical observation and the nursing satisfaction degree was investigated by questionnaire.Results The incidence of adverse reactions such as leakage injury, air embolism, phlebitis and infu- sion reaction were lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P〈0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that those in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The use of humanistic care in elderly infusion patients is conducive to reducing the incidence of complications of infusion, at the same time,to enhance the recognition of patients and their families on nursing services.
