摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在病患输液过程中的临床应用价值。方法选取2010年7月至2012年9月来我院接受静脉输液治疗的患者89例,44例患者采用常规护理方法进行护理,作为对照组,45例患者在常规护理的基础上采用人文关怀模式进行护理,作为观察组,分别以两组患者的护理满意程度作为临床观察指标,并使用SPSS软件包进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者,P<0.01。结论在常规护理的基础上采用人文关怀模式可有效提高患者输液过程中的护理满意度,对于提高患者的治疗效果具有重要的意义。
Objective To analize the effects of hunmanistic care in patients during infusion. Methods Selected in July 2010 to September 2010 to receive intravenous transfusion in our hospital treated 89 cases of patients, 44 cases were treated by routine nursing care method, as a control group, 45 patients on the basis of conventional nursing, adopts the model of humanistic care in nursing as observation group, respectively with two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care as indicators of clinical observation, and use SPSS sofLware package for statistical analysis. Results The care satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.01. Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing through humanistic care model can effectively improve patient infusion nursing in the process of satisfaction, to improve the therapeutic effect of patients has important significance.
