摘要
报道了对109例颈内静脉置管进行血液透析病人的观察,结果如下:颈内静脉置管进行血透最易发生的问题是:皮下血肿、感染、导管堵塞、空气栓塞、脱管,在护理实践中采取相应护理措施,使常见问题得到有效控制。
This article reports the observation on 109 patients taking hemodialysis by the way of putting a catheter into internal jugular vein. It is thought that this way can easily cause some problems,such as subcutaneous hematoma,infection, catheter blockage, air embolism, catheter drop and so on. Some corresponding nursing measures have been adopted to control them effectively.
