摘要
目的:探讨"七化"特色疼痛管理模式在全膝关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法:我院自2015年11月起开始应用以护士为主导的"七化"特色疼痛管理模式对全膝关节置换术患者实施干预,选择应用前(2014年11月~2015年10月)和应用后(2015年11月~2016年10月)于我院接受人工全膝关节置换术的患者各61例做为研究对象,对两组手术患者在各相关观察指标方面的差异性做出比较。结果:应用后疼痛评分显著低于应用前,疼痛控制效果和疼痛护理干预满意度评分均显著高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论:采用以护士为主导的"七化"特色疼痛管理模式对全膝关节置换术患者实施干预,能够显著降低该类手术患者术后疼痛感受,提高疼痛控制有效性和疼痛护理干预满意度。
Objective：To discuss the application effect of ＂seven mode＂ special pain management model from November 2015 in patients receiving total knee replacement.Methods：Our hospital began to intervene with the patients receiving total knee replacement with the nurse-dominated ＂seven mode＂ special pain management model,61 patients receiving artificial total knee replacement in our hospital before （November 2014 to October 2015） and after （November 2015 to October 2016） application as the research objects,and patients in the two groups were observed in difference of various related observation indicators.Results：After application,the pain scores were significantly lower than those before application,and the scores of effective rate of pain control and satisfaction of pain nursing intervention were significantly higher than those before application（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Intervening with the patients receiving total knee replacement with the nurse-dominated ＂seven mode＂ special pain management model could significantly reduce the post-operation pain feelings of such kind of patients,improve the effectiveness of pain control and satisfaction of pain nursing intervention.
