摘要
目的探讨全膝关节置换术围手术期规范化疼痛护理管理的实施效果。方法建立围手术期疼痛护理管理体系,制订及实施规范化的疼痛护理管理流程。结果实施疼痛护理管理后,提高了护士疼痛知识水平和患者满意度,降低了患者术后疼痛评分,缩短了首次下地时间和术后膝关节屈曲角度≥90°所需时间(P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05)。结论全膝关节置换术围手术期实施规范化的疼痛护理管理,能够提升疼痛护理水平、患者的疼痛控制质量及对疼痛护理的满意度,促进患者关节功能的早期康复。
Objective To explore the practice and effects of standardized nursing management of pain for patients with total knee replacement. Methods Pain management system during operation period was established. Standardized pain management process was formulated and implemented. Results After the implementation of pain management, nurses＇ pain knowledge and patient satisfaction were improved, the score of postoperative pain was lower, and the time to come down to earth for the first time and the required time of postoperative knee flexion angle ≥ 90° were shortened （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implementation of standardized pain management can enhance nursing level of pain management, improve pain control quality and patient satisfaction, and promote early rehabilitation of joint function in patients.
