术前应用非那雄胺对于前列腺电切术患者术中出血的控制效果分析

摘要 目的探讨和研究术前应用非那雄胺对于前列腺电切术患者术中出血的控制效果。方法摘取我院近年来收治的98例行前列腺电切术患者的临床资料作为研究对象,随机将之分为观察组和对照组各49例,其中观察组患者在术前给予非那雄胺进行治疗,对照组患者则给予安慰剂,手术条件同样的情况下对比两组患者术中出血量及手术时间等相关数据。结果观察组患者的术中出血量和手术时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在前列腺电切术前应用非那雄胺能够有效的控制术中出血,提高手术效率,值得在临床上加以推广和应用。
