疼痛管理在全膝关节置换病人围术期的应用 被引量：15

摘要 [目的]探讨疼痛管理在全膝关节置换(TKA)围术期中的应用效果。[方法]将60例TKA病人随机分为研究组和对照组各30例。研究组在骨科常规护理基础上接受标准化围术期疼痛管理方案;对照组采取常规护理。[结果]研究组疼痛评分(运动时疼痛评分)及平均住院日显著低于对照组,而膝关节功能恢复及病人满意度明显优于对照组。[结论]标准化疼痛管理在TKA围术期的应用可以有效地减轻病人疼痛、快速恢复膝关节功能、缩短病人平均住院日、提高病人满意度。
