米诺环素体外抑制弓形虫增殖作用的研究

摘要 目的评价米诺环素(MNC)体外抑制弓形虫速殖子的增殖作用。方法体外在96孔板中用Hela细胞培养弓形虫速殖子,设置SMX给药组、MNC给药组和未给药组。观察各组弓形虫速殖子的增殖情况、形态变化,并对各组进行活虫计数。结果给药后72 h,与未给药组比较,SMX给药组活虫计数显著减少[(2.08±0.40)vs(15.17±2.07),P<0.01],MNC给药组活虫数亦显著减少[(1.42±0.20)vs(15.17±2.07),P<0.01];给药后96 h,与未给药组相比,SMX给药组活虫计数显著减少[(1.42±0.20)vs(10.92±0.47),P<0.01],MNC给药组活虫数亦显著减少[(1.92±0.33)vs(10.92±0.47),P<0.01],差异均有统计学意义;给药后120 h,各组活虫计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MNC在体外能够明显抑制弓形虫速殖子的增殖。 Objective To evaluate the in vitro effect of Minocycline on the proliferation of Toxoplasma gondii.Methods The T. gondii tachyzoites were cultured in Hela cells. The cells were divided into the SMX-treated group, Minocycline-treated group and untreated control group. Proliferation of the tachyzoites and morphological changes were observed, and the numbers of live tachyzoites at 72 h, 96 h and 120 h were recorded after using drugs. Results At 72 hours after treatment, compared with the untreated control group, the the numbers of live tachyzoites in SMX-treated group and Minocycline-treated group were significantly decreased [(2.08±0.40) vs(15.17±2.07), P〈0.01;(1.42±0.20) vs(15.17±2.07), P〈0.01]. At 96 hours after treatment, compared with the untreated control group, the the numbers of live tachyzoites in SMX-treated group and Minocycline-treated group were significantly decreased [(1.42±0.20) vs(10.92±0.47), P〈0.01;(1.92±0.33) vs(10.92±0.47), P〈0.01]. At 120 hours after treatment, there were no significant difference in the the number of live tachyzoites among the three groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Minocycline can inhibit T. tachyzoite proliferation in vitro.
