摘要
脑囊虫病的临床表现受脑内囊虫数目的多少、侵犯的部位等多种因素影响而复杂多样,易与其它脑部疾病相混淆而致误诊。但只要重视询问病史,结合囊虫免疫试验及头部CT扫描等辅助检查,避免或减少脑囊虫病的误诊是可以做到的。
The clinical manifestations of cerebral cysticercosis are complicated by the numbers and affected locatious of cysticerci within the brain and many other factors, so it is very easy to misdiagnose. Detailed inguiry of history of disease combining with different immunological tests and computed tomography could increase the reliability of diagnosis for cerebral cvsticercosis.
