摘要
在国务院印发的《中国制造2025》中提出力争通过三个十年的努力,把我国建设成为引领世界制造业发展的制造强国。以培养技术型人才为目标的高职院校怎样更好地完成自身的历史使命,成为摆在每一个高职教育人面前急需解决的问题。实践证明校企合作是遵循职业教育自身发展规律的培养方式,而社会对职业教育认识有偏见、校企合作理论研究滞后、企业缺乏人才培养意识和法律法规体系不健全等因素严重制约校企合作的深入,因而通过加大财政投入、完善校企合作法律体系和成立行业协会等措施保障校企合作的顺利实施。
The ＂Made in China 2025＂ plan issued by the State Council pointed out that three-ten years efforts are made to strive for the goal of building China into the world＇s leading manufacturing industrial nation. It is an urgent problem for the higher vocational colleges to solve their problem of how to accomplish the historical mission. Practice has proved that school-enterprise cooperation is a way following its own law of development of vocational education,which is seriously curbed by prejudice from social cognition upon vocational education,backward research on cooperation theory,insufficient awareness of talent training from enterprise side and imperfect legal system and so on. And thus measures must be taken to ensure the smooth implementation of the cooperation by increasing financial investment,perfecting the legal system and establishing cooperation industry associations.
