摘要
加强校企合作是当前高等职业教育发展的主题。从调研结果看,当前我国高等职业教育校企合作存在着利益主体相关度差异、合作质量不高、合作深度不足的特点。但在意愿层面,校企双方对职业教育校企合作认同程度很高,校企合作未来充满希望。而管理体制有待改进、行业组织作用有待加强、法律制度有待完善、院校市场意识有待加强等体制因素是造成校企合作现实与愿景差距的主要原因。树立面向企业的办学理念、确立行业组织的主导地位、激励企业参与职业教育、加强生产性实习实训基地建设、鼓励地方先行先试是职业教育校企合作创新发展的路径选择。
It＇s the theme of the development of higher vocational education to enhance school--enterprise cooperation at present. The results of our investigation show that there are great differences of stake holder＇s concerns and the quality and depth of cooperation is poor. Contrast to the practice, the will ingness of higher vocational education school and enterprise＇s recognition of cooperation is very high. The gap between the practice and willingness is the result of deficiency of management system, weak- ening of association＇s function, scarcity of institutional system and shortage of market awareness. Therefore, to propel the development of school--enterprise cooperation, it should ascertain the educa tional nations of facing the demand of industry, affirm the dominant position of association in the management system, impel enterprise to participate in the vocational education, enhance the construction of productive practice base and empower local government to explore the innovation of cooperation.
