摘要
目的 研究外周神经损伤后 ,许旺细胞在激活巨噬细胞过程中的作用。 方法 以白介素 1β(IL 1β)的分泌量为巨噬细胞活性指标 ,用SD乳鼠制备预损伤神经及未损伤神经许旺细胞条件培养基 ,分别施加与纯化培养的SD大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞作用 8h ,ELISA法检测细胞上清液中白介素 1β含量。 结果 预损伤神经许旺细胞条件培养基较未损伤许旺细胞条件培养基明显促进巨噬细胞分泌白介素 1β。 结论 外周神经损伤后 。
Objective To study the role of Schwann cells in macrophages activation after peripheral nerve injury Methods In this study, the secretion of interleukin 1β (IL 1β) as an activation index of macrophages was employed. Two kinds of infant rat Schwann cells (which had come from intac and injured nerves respectively) conditioned media were treated on purified cultured macrophages for 8 hours, then measured the IL 1β contents in the cultured macrophages suspension media by an enzyme linked immunoadsordent assay (ELISA) Results The conditioned media of Schwann cells come from injured nerves enhanced IL 1β secreting in macrophages more obviously than that come from intac nerves Conclusions After peripheral nerve injury, Schwann cells can activate macrophages by secreting certain cytokines
