摘要
目的 探讨许旺细胞分泌相对分子质量为 67× 10 3蛋白对培养脊髓运动神经元营养作用。 方法 提纯许旺细胞分泌相对分子质量为 67× 10 3蛋白 ,取 SD胎鼠 (12~ 14d)脊髓腹侧运动神经元培养 ,鉴定 ,将脊髓运动神经元与不同浓度的相对分子质量为 67× 10 3 蛋白液联合培养 ,用 MTT法检测该蛋白生物活性。 结果 许旺细胞源性蛋白 (67× 10 3 )在不同的浓度下吸光度 (A)值不同 ,显示明显的量效关系 ,其最佳活性浓度为 2 0 ng/ ml。 结论 许旺细胞分泌的相对分子质量为 67× 10
