摘要
目的研究巨噬细胞对许旺细胞分泌神经生长因子（ＮＧＦ）的影响。方法制备成年大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的几种条件培养基，分别施加于纯化培养的成鼠许旺细胞作用２４小时，取细胞上清液，用间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定细胞上清液中ＮＧＦ的含量。结果变性髓鞘及脂多糖激活的巨噬细胞条件培养基可以明显促进许旺细胞分泌ＮＧＦ。结论巨噬细胞条件培养基中含有可以促进许旺细胞合成分泌ＮＧＦ的因子，而且该因子来源于巨噬细胞。
Objective To study the influence of macrophages on NGF(nerve growth factor)secretion in adult rat Schwann cells Methods Several kinds of adult rat peritoneal macrophages conditioned media were treated on purified cultured Schwann cells for 24 hours,then measured the NGF contents in the cultured Schwann cells suspension media by a two cite enzymelinked immunoserbent assay(ELISA) Results Both degenerated myelin and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) activated M Φ CM enhanced NGF secreting in rat Schwann cells obviously Conclusions M Φ CM contain some factors which can promote NGF secretion in rat Schwann cells in vitro,it suggested that macrophages regulating NGF secretion by secreted certain cytokines
