摘要
周围神经损伤后,雪旺细胞对周围神经再生过程中的形态和功能的修复起着至关重要的作用。其增殖速度的提高可大大改善神经移植桥接体的存活率,但免疫排斥反应仍是影响异体组织工程化神经移植成败的关键所在。迄今为止,已经有很多免疫抑制剂应用于临床。免疫抑制剂FK506能有效地抑制周围神经同种异体和异种移植中的排斥反应。本综述从免疫抑制剂FK506的理化性质和作用机制及其对雪旺细胞增殖的影响因素入手,阐述免疫抑制剂FK506对雪旺细胞的增殖作用,为FK506进一步的深入研究和临床应用提供理论依据。
After the peripheral nerve is injured, Schwann cells can have a crucial effect on the repair of the form and function during the regeneration of peripheral nerve. Although the increased proliferation of Schwann cells can improve the survival rate of nerval transplants, immunological rejection still plays a decisive role on xenogenous nerve transplantation in tissue engineering. Up till now, many immunosuppressive drugs have been applied in the clinical medication. FK506 can suppress the rejection of xenoma and xenograft effectively in the peripheral nerve. This article discusses the physical and chemical properties of FK506, mechanism of and factors affecting the proliferation and differentiation of Schwann cells, and the effects of FK506 on Schwann cells in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of the immunosuppressive drug.
