摘要
目的探讨口腔健康宣教对改善高校大学生口腔卫生状况的应用效果。方法选取2015年3月—2016年7月高校大学生150例为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组75例,对照组不采用任何干预措施,研究组行口腔健康宣教,比较两组大学生口腔卫生状况及干预前后口腔认知行为变化。结果干预3个月后,研究组患者的DI-S、CI-S、GI及口腔卫生保健知识认知情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔健康宣教能有效改善高校大学生的口腔卫生状况及口腔认知行为,对大学生的口腔健康具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of dental health instruction for oral hygiene status of college students. Methods 150 college students were selected and divided into control group(n =75) and research group(n =75) randomly from March 2015 to July 2016. The control group didn't take any prevention measures and the research group was taken dental health instruction. The oral hygiene status and the change of cognitive behavior were compared. Results After 3-months intervention, the condition of DI-S, CI-S, GI and recognized environment of knowledge of oral health in research group was significantly better than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Dental health instruction can improve the oral hygiene status and cognitive behavior of college students.
