摘要
目的观察强化口腔卫生宣教在慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗中的作用。方法选择进行牙周基础治疗的慢性牙周炎患者329例,随机分为2组,A组仅在初诊时进行宣教,B组在每次复诊时强化口腔卫生宣教,观察牙周基础治疗结束后1、6、12个月的牙周临床指标变化。结果治疗1个月后复诊,两组临床指标均显著改善,差异无显著意义(P>0.05);6、12个月后复查,两组患者临床指标较治疗前均有显著改善,B组较A组改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗过程中反复强化口腔卫生宣教能显著改善口腔卫生状况,具有积极的作用。
Objective To observe of the effects of strengthening oral health education on periodontal non-surgical treatment of pa tients with chronic periodontitis. Methods Select 329 patients with chronic periodontitis to undergone initial periodontal therapy. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group A only received education at the first visit. Strengthen oral health education to group B at each return visit. Changes in clinical periodontal indices were observed 1,6,12 months after periodontal initial therapy. Results In re- ture visit 1 month after treatment, clinical indices in two groups were significantly improved, and there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） ; in return visit 6,12 months after treatment, clinical indicators of patients in two groups improved significantly, B group im proved more significantly than A group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions In periodontal initial treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis, repeated strengthening of oral health education can significantly improve oral health sta- tuses. It has positive function.
