摘要
依据人本主义理论,以大连民族大学女教师为研究对象,剖析了高校女教师的多元化角色、角色冲突以及内心强烈的独立自我意识,解读了高校女教师在学科领域存在的困惑和迷茫,强调要提升高校女教师的职业心理素质,保证其学术的可持续发展,就必须进一步拓展高校内的多重渠道,综合利用各种因素帮助其树立起良好的自我认知以实现女教师的自我价值。这也是推动高校乃至整个社会的全面协调可持续发展的需要。
Based women teachers, - independence, on the theory of humanism, this paper analyzes the diversified roles of college the conflicts of their roles and their strong sense of self - consciousness and self taking the women teachers in Dalian Minzu University as the research targets. It also probes into college women teachers' perplexity and confusion in the field of disciplines. Moreover, it emphasizes that multiple approaches and means within colleges to help establish women teachers' self- cognition and realize their self- worth should be further provided in or- der to enhance their psychological quality in their professional life and ensure the sustainable de- velopment in their academic field. In fact, this is needed in pushing the overall harmonious and sustainable development of colleges and even the whole society.
