摘要
随着就业形势的日益严峻,大学生就业成为社会关注的热点问题。目前现状是,一方面,大学生就业困难,另一方面,企业招聘不到合格的人才。大学生的职业素质问题是导致大学生缺乏市场竞争力的主要原因。提高大学生职业素质的途径可以通过树立科学的职业理想、培养大学生良好的职业心理素质、进行社会实践活动等方式来实现。
As the competition of getting employed becomes fiercer and fiercer nowadays, how the graduates from colleges could find jobs has been a widely concerned issue. On the one hand, students complain about the difficulty of finding jobs, on the other hand, enterprises still require qualified workers. It is the poor career quality of the graduates that causes the lack of competitiveness. To improve career quality, the graduates must set up an appropriate estimation, increase mental quality and have more social practice.
