摘要
职业院校教师的成长是教师个体与环境相互作用的结果。环境因素对职业院校教师的成长起着非常重要的作用。从社会环境、学校环境、家庭环境三个层面分析影响职业院校教师成长的环境因素有一定的现实意义。
The teachers＇ development of vocational colleges is an interactive result of the teachers and exterior environment. Environment plays an important role in the teachers＇ development of vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the environment factors which influence teachers＇ development in three levels： society, school and family.
