摘要
为降低民航机务人员心理素质导致航空事故的风险,对民航机务人员的心理素质进行了相应的研究。首先,对民航维修工作做岗位分析,以胜任力理论、人岗匹配理论建立初步的民航维修人员心理素质安全胜任力评价指标体系;然后,依据心理测评理论和初步建立的胜任力评价指标体系构建合适的心理测评量表,通过数据分析对该指标体系进行实证研究;最终确定人格特征、认知与操作能力、心理健康3个一级指标,专业成就欲、手眼协调、精力充沛等18个二级指标的民航维修人员安全胜任力评价指标体系,为民航机务人员的选拔和有效降低维修中的人为因素风险提供参考。
In order to reduce the risk of aviation accidents caused by civil aviation maintenance personnel poor psychological quality, a study is made on the psychological quality of civil aviation maintenance personnel. First of all, through job analysis, this paper builds a preliminary civil aviation maintenance personnel psychological quality safety competency evaluation index system based on the competency theory and the person-post matching theory. Then, according to the theory of psychological evaluation and the competency evaluation index system, it constructs a suitable psychological assessment scale. Finally, through data analysis of the index system, personality characteristics, cognition and operation ability, mental health are determined as the top three, while professional achievement desire, hand-eye coordination, full of energy and other 18 indexes rank next. This study provides reference for the selection of civil aviation maintenance personnel and helps reduce the risk of human factors.
