基于FAHP方法的维修单位质量控制员胜任力研究 被引量:2

摘要 民航维修单位质量控制员是维修单位维修结果可靠性的最后保障,因此维修单位质量控制员的胜任力是维修单位质量控制员做好维修质量控制工作的关键因素,也是判定维修质量控制员工作绩效优异与否的重要指标。采取理论与实践相结合的研究方法,使用行为事件访谈法对维修质量控制员进行访谈,定义了维修单位质量控制员的胜任力,并收集其胜任力信息,依据调研结果及相关文献建立了包含4个一级胜任力指标和15个二级胜任力指标的维修单位质量控制员胜任力模型。同时,利用模糊层次分析法对模型中各个影响因素进行定量计算,对各影响因素的重要性进行单排序和总排序。结果表明,影响民航维修单位质量控制员胜任力的主要因素为航空知识和行业规章。 The paper aims to introduce a new method for testing the organization quality control competence based on the fuzzy hierarchi- cal analysis process in hoping to guarantee the reliability of what is repaired by the maintenance work. As is known, the competence of the maintenance quality controller is a vital factor for the maintenance workers to make sure the maintenance quality. It is also a key indica- tor to determine whether the performance of quality control mainte- nance is up to the standard or not. To make sure the maintenance quality, it is necessary to work out a method which should be a com- prehensive integration both of theory and practical experience. To de- velop and perfect such a kind of method, we have collected all kinds of essential data on the competence of the maintenance workers and worked out a competence model consisting of 4 primary competency indicators and 15 secondary competency indicators by giving face to face interview with the people concerned, particularly interviews with the maintenance quality controllers of the civil aviation maintenance units. At the same time, we have also set up an evaluation system of the competence model by using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Pro- cess through the quantitative assessment. Later, we have classified and ranked the overall importance of all the factors v/a the fuzzy.AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). As a result, we have established core competence model of maintenance quality control factors for a civil aviation maintenance unit including 12 indicators after repetitive classification and consideration. And, finally, it can be concluded that the main factors that tend to affect the quality control personnel competence of civil aviation maintenance units are the aviation knowl- edge and regulations in the trade, which can provide a reference guidance to training the maintenance quality staff members of the civil aviation maintenance units. Moreover, we have eventually established a set of comprehensive competence evaluation indicators for the quali- ty control maintenance units.
