摘要
针对当前部队级维修工作中机务人员人力分配不合理的问题,利用层次分析法和灰色评价理论从专业知识、工作技能、心智能力和职业素养4个职业能力维度对机务人员的职业能力进行量化评估,得到机务人员的职业能力得分。在此基础上,采用竞争性指派的思想构建机务人员人力分配模型,用保障任务的工作量与维修小组的保障能力比值作为保障时间,从而实现总的保障时间最短。通过机务人员职业能力和人员分配策略的评估模型,确保了机务人员人力与部队级维修工作的最优配置,为提高飞机部队级维修效率,提升综合作战效能提供了理论基础。
Aiming at the problem of unreasonable manpower allocation of maintenance personnel in the current troop level maintenance work,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey evaluation theory were used to quantitatively evaluate the professional ability of maintenance personnel from four professional ability dimensions of professional knowledge,working skills,mental ability and professional quality,and the professional ability score of maintenance personnel was obtained.On this basis,a competitive assignment model is constructed,and the ratio between the workload of the support task and support ability of maintenance team is used as the support time,so as to achieve the shortest total support time.Finally,through the evaluation model of personnel professional ability and personnel allocation strategy,the optimal allocation of maintenance personnel and troop level maintenance work is ensured,which provides a theoretical basis for improving troop level maintenance efficiency and enhancing comprehensive combat effectiveness of aircraft.
