摘要
医学硕士研究生的整体质量不仅依赖于高校培养质量,生源质量也同等重要。近年来我国高等教育得到了空前发展,医学专业硕士研究生招生规模越来越大,了解当前医学硕士研究生生源质量现状并探讨如何构建有效的医学硕士研究生生源质量保障体系有积极意义。
The overall quality of the medical postgraduates depends not only on the quality of college education but also on the matriculate quality. In recent years, our country＇s higher education has got unprecedented development, including the recruitment scale of medical postgraduates. Acquiring the current situation of matriculate quality of medical postgraduates and exploring how to build effective guarantee sys- tem are of great importance to the problem.
