摘要
笔者从生源的总量、年龄、性别、来源、学历结构等方面分析了某校 1978～ 2 0 0 1年期间研究生生源情况。指出该校研究生生源立足系统内部 ,兼顾系统外其他单位 ,素质好 ,起点高 ,能满足本系统医科院校对高层次人才培养的要求。通过分析显露出的问题 ,作者探讨了拓宽研究生生源的途径。
Based on the data of an university from 1978 to 2001, this paper analyzes the source condition of postgraduate from the following aspects: gross, age, sex, source, credential. And then it is concluded that the postgraduates are mainly from interior of the system, and partially from exterior. With their good quality and start, the postgraduates meet the requirement of the medical university in this system for fostering high level qualified person. And at the same time, from the problems that present, this paper discusses the way to extend the source.
