摘要
研究生生源质量作为研究生教育的入口,直接影响到高层次人才培养的质量与效益。通过对生源情况与就业情况的数据统计和分析,讨论药学专业硕士研究生生源基本情况对择业的影响,提出加强药学专业硕士研究生生源选择与培养的措施。
Graduate matriculate quality as the entrance of graduate education, directly affects and efficiency of the cultivation of high level talents. Based on the situation of students and data statistics and analysis, this paper discussed the basic situation of pharmacy postgraduate employment effects, and put forward to strengthen Master of pharmacy students selection and the quality employment students on training.
