摘要
目的:观察大剂量天然维生素C +电磁疗联合吉西他滨(健择)和顺铂(DDP)治疗蒽环类耐药性晚期乳腺癌的疗效与安全性。方法:2 0 0 1年11月～2 0 0 3年11月以本方法治疗蒽环类耐药性晚期乳腺癌32例。健择12 0 0mg/m2 d1、d8静脉滴注DDP 30 0mg/m2 ,d2、3、4 同时水化利尿治疗。在化疗前5d开始口服大剂量天然维生素C 1 0 gtid ,同时接受电磁波治疗,每天1次,至化疗结束后。中位化疗周期数3周期(2～4周)。结果:CR 2例(6 . 3% ) ,PR 12例(37. 5 % ) ,总有效率(CR +PR) 4 3 .8% ,中位肿瘤进展时间(TTP) 4 5个月。主要毒性反应为恶心、呕吐与骨髓抑制。结论:大剂量天然维生素C +电磁疗联合健择和DDP治疗蒽环类耐药性晚期乳腺癌疗效较好,使用方便,毒副反应轻,是蒽环类耐药性乳腺癌的有效解救治疗方案。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of massive nature vitamin C and electromagetic wave combined with GEM and DPP in the treatment of anthracycine-resistant late breast cancer.Methods:From Nov.2001 to Nov.2003,32 patients with anthracycine-resistant late breast cancer were treated by this management:intravenously GEM,1200mg/m2 once on day 1 and 8;intravenously DPP,30mg/m2 once on day 2,3 and 4,combined with diuretic therapy .Nature vitamin C was given orally from day 5 before chemotherapy.The dosage was 1.0g everg 12 hours.The electromagetic therapy was given daily during chemotherapy.The median duration of chemotherapy was 3 weeks (ranged from 2 to 4 weeks).Results:2 of 32 patients (6.3%) were CR,12 (31.5%) PR.The total effective rate was 43.8%.The median time of tumor progress (TTP) was 4.5 months.The toxic effects was nausea,vomitus and bone marrow inhibition.Conclusion:Massive nature vitamin C and electromagnetic wave combined with GEM and DDP is an effective and convenient therapy for anthracycine-resistant late breast cancer,with less toxic and side effects.
