摘要
目的研究并探讨早期综合教育与保健服务在促进儿童体格与智力发育中的应用效果。方法于2014年1月-2015年6月,选取该阶段内在我院出生的足月健康新生儿400例作为研究对象,按照随机分配原则将新生儿分为两组,每组200例。对照组新生儿接受常规儿童保健服务,观察组新生儿在接受常规儿童保健服务的同时,还接受早期综合教育,比较两组新生儿出生后6、12个月的体格发育情况、智力发育情况以及营养状况。结果出生后6个月,观察组新生儿的身长发育情况较对照组更优（P〈0.05）;出生后12个月时,观察组新生儿的身长、头围等发育情况较对照组更优（P〈0.05）。出生后6、12个月,观察组新生儿的智力发育情况均较对照组更优（P〈0.05）,其营养不良发生率较对照组更低（P〈0.05）。结论在新生儿的早期保健服务过程中施加早期综合教育,可有效改善新生儿的营养状况,促进新生儿的体格发育和智力发育。
Objective To explore the application effect early comprehensive education and health care services in promoting the development of physical and mental development of children. Methods 400 cases of term healthy newborns in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the study objects. And they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 200 cases in each. Children in control group were treated with routine child health care service, and children in observation group were treated with early comprehensive education on the basis of routine child health care service. Physical development, mental development and nutritional status on 6 months after birth and 12 months after birth of the two groups were compared. Results On 6 months after birth, physical development of observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. On 12 months after birth, development of body length, head circumference and other indicators of observation group were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. On 6 months and 12 months after birth, intelligence development situation of observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Incidence of malnutrition of observation group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of early health care for the newborn, early comprehensive education can effectively improve the nutritional status of newborns, and promote the development of physical and mental development of newborn.
