摘要
目的:探讨早期综合发展在儿童保健中的应用效果。方法:收集早期综合发展教育儿童100例,对照组进行常规保健服务,观察组按照早期综合发展模式进行指导。结果:观察组婴幼儿在语言、精细动作、大运动、个人社交及适应性方面明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出现佝偻病、缺铁性贫血幼儿均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合发展可以明显提高婴幼儿的发育商,降低佝偻病及缺铁性贫血的发病率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of early comprehensive development in children's health care.Methods:100children with early comprehensive development education were collected.Children in the control group were given routine healthcare service,while in the observation group were guided by the early comprehensive development mode.Results:In the observationgroup,the language,fine motor,sports,social and personal adaptability aspects in those infants and young children weresignificantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of rickets,iron deficiency anemia in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive development can improvethe developmental quotient of infants significantly,and reduce rickets and anemia incidence.
