摘要
目的探讨早期综合教育与保健服务对0～2岁婴幼儿体格发育的影响,以提高本地区儿童保健水平,进一步促进儿童早期综合发展。方法选择180例正常足月新生儿随机分为实验组和对照组,随访至2岁。到研究结束,试验组80例,对照组82例。两组小儿均按儿童保健系统管理要求定期接受健康检查及保健指导,同时对实验组发放育儿资料、开办家长学校、参加早期教育小组活动、增加体验及喂养指导频率、定期进行营养膳食分析等综合指导。于出生后2、4、6、12、18、24个月分别对两组小儿进行体重、身长、头围的测量。结果实验组体重、身长和头围在6个月龄、1岁和2岁时均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且0～24个月身长、体重和头围增长值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期综合教育与保健服务能够促进婴幼儿的体格发育。
Objective To investigate influence of early comprehensive education and health care service on physical development of infants aged 0~2 years old as to improve the level of child health care in the city to promote early comprehensive development of the children.Methods 180 normal term neonates were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.During a follow-up of l months to 2 years old,10 infants in experimental group and 8 infants in control group were lost.All the infants in two groups were received regular physical examination and guidance of health care according to requirement of Children＇s Health Care Systematic Management.At the same time,the infants and parents in the experimental group also joined early education group actives,received more physical examination,more scientific feeding guidance,regular dietary survey and nutrition status evaluation,et al.At 2 months,4 months,6 months,12 months,18 months and 24 months,physical examinations were performed on all infants in two groups.Results There were significant differences in main indexes of physical development such as body weight,body height and head circumference in 6 months,12months and 24 months between the two groups（P0.05）,the increasing values of body weight,body height and head circumference in experimental group from 0 months to 2 years old were significantly higher.Conclusion Early comprehensive education and health care service could promote physical development of the infants.
