摘要
氧化应激作为青光眼发病的可能危险因素之一,其在青光眼病变过程中的作用机制尚未被完全阐明。研究已证实,青光眼患者的眼局部标本如房水、小梁网及外周血中均可观察到氧化应激标志物的显著变化。氧化物与抗氧化物水平的明显改变和氧化损伤物质的大量出现,提示氧化状态与抗氧化状态的失衡可能在青光眼中发挥着重要的损伤作用。通过对不同样本中氧化应激标志物群的检测和分析,结合眼科相关检查,将对青光眼的临床实验诊断和研究提供重要线索。本文就青光眼中氧化应激标志物的研究作一综述。
Oxidative stress is a possible risk factor of glaucoma, but its role involving in the mecha- nism of glaucoma hash' t been well understood. Researches have confirmed significant change of oxidative stress markers in samples from glaucoma patients including ocular specimens such as aqueous humor, trabec- ular meshwork and peripheral blood. Obvious change of oxidant or antioxidant level and pronounced presence of oxidative stress damage markers strongly prompted the imbalance between oxidant status and antioxidant status,which might play an important role in glaucomatous damage. Detection and analysis of oxidative stress markers profile in various samples, which combined with ophthalmic examination, would provide vital clues for clinical laboratory diagnosis and research of glaucoma. So in this review, current researches of oxidative stress markers in glaucoma will be discussed.
