摘要
目的观察粪菌移植治疗溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。方法选取2012年12月-2015年2月进行粪菌移植治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者6例,给予健康宣教、心理护理、饮食护理和延续护理等护理干预措施。比较粪菌移植治疗前后Mayo评分、患者的满意度和治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果粪菌移植治疗后Mayo评分由治疗前的(4.60±1.53)分降至(1.33±0.42)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.553,P=0.001)。6例患者均对粪菌移植治疗有应答,其中5例患者达到临床缓解。6例患者中,很满意的4例,基本满意1例,一般的1例,患者的总体满意率为83.33%。6例患者均顺利完成粪菌移植治疗,无严重不良反应发生。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者采用粪菌移植治疗并给予细致、周到的护理,治疗效果好,严重不良反应发生率低,患者的满意度高。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of fecal bacteria transplantation in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and its nursing intervention.Methods Six ulcerative colitis patients treated with fecal bacteria transplantation in our hospital between December 2012 and February 2015 were given intervention including health education,psychological nursing,diet nursing and continuation of holistic nursing care.The Mayo score,patients＇ satisfaction and adverse reactions before and after the intervention were evaluated and compared,Results The Mayo score decreased significantly from（4.60 ± 1.53）to（1.33±0.42）after the intervention（t=8.553,P=0.001）.All patients responded to fecal transplant treatment,and 5of them achieved clinical remission.The overall satisfaction of patients was 83.33%,with 4being satisfying,1basicly satisfying,and one feeling so-so.All patients completed fecal bacteria transplantation successfully without serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Fecal bacteria transplantation combined with excellent holistic nursing intervention is of excellent clinical curative effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with higher patient satisfaction and lower occurrence of severe adverse reactions.
