摘要
目的:探讨基于微信平台的延续护理在青光眼患者的应用效果。方法:选取我院于2014年2月—2015年8月收治的150例青光眼患者作为研究对象,根据计算机PEMS3.0软件包随机分为对照组和观察组各75例,观察两组患者的护理效果,进行临床对照性分析。结果:对照组合格率69.3%,观察组合格率90.7%,观察组者遵医嘱合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度64%,观察组护理满意度93.3%,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者视野改善情况无明显差异(P>0.05),但是观察组患者眼压改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的延续护理在青光眼患者的应用效果突出,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of extended nursing care in glaucoma patients based on WeChat platform.Method:150cases of patients with glaucoma,treated in our hospital from February2014to August2015were selected as research subjects and randomized into the observation group and the control group by using computer PEMS3.0software package,with75cases in each group.The nursing effect of two groups was compared to make a clinical comparative analysis.Results:The percent of pass of the observation group was90.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,69.3%,the compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group was93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,64%,P<0.05;the difference of the improvement of visual field of two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Extended nursing care based on WeChat platform had significant effect in treating glaucoma patients and it was worthy of promotion.
