摘要
目的:分析急诊科在传统治疗蝮蛇咬伤的基础上辅助高压氧治疗的疗效。方法:将2014年2月至2015年2月到自贡市第四人民医院急诊科就诊的蝮蛇咬伤的120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组进行传统常规治疗,治疗组辅助高压氧治疗,对咬伤部位、肿胀程度、剧痛、伤口感染、心悸胸闷、上肢活动受限程度及治疗前后并发症情况进行统计分析,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组经过高压氧治疗后在肿胀程度、剧痛、伤口感染、心悸胸闷及上肢活动受限程度方面均优于对照组,病程明显缩短(P<0.01),且平均住院时间也明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:高压氧辅助治疗蝮蛇咬伤能有效预防和降低并发症,促进伤口愈合,治疗蛇咬伤效果显著。
Objective ：To analyze the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the treatment of agkistrodon halys snake bites on the basis of traditional therapy in EICU. Methods： 120 patients with snake bites in Zigong Fourth People＇s Hospital between Feb. 2014 and Feb. 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and 60 cases in each group. In control group ,patients only received traditional routine treatment, while for patients in treatment group, hyperbaric oxygen therapy were added on basis of traditional routine treatment. Localization of the bite, swelling degree, severe pain,wound infection,palpitation chest stuffily, restricted activity and complication before and after treatment were statisticaly analyzed, meanwhile compared the efficacy of the two group. Results ： The treatment group after hyperbaric oxygen therapy in swelling degree, severe pain, wound infection, palpitation chest stuffily, restricted activity of treatment group were better than the control group, and duration was significantly shortened （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and the average hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Adjunctive hyperbaric oxygen can effectively prevent and decrease complications,promote wound healing, and is effective in treating agkistrodon halys snake bites.
