摘要
目的研究九味消肿拔毒散醋调外敷对蝮蛇咬伤大鼠局部症状的量效性。方法将40只大鼠局部注射蝮蛇毒造模后,随机分成空白组、对照组、治疗组A、B、C。观察不同时段大鼠的主要症状(局部出血、肿胀范围、瘀斑范围、溃烂范围),设计积分表。结果各给药组积分低于空白组;治疗组积分低于对照组;治疗组B积分低于治疗组A、C。结论九味消肿拔毒散与醋最佳配比浓度为1∶2。
Objective： To research the dose-effect of Jiuweixiaozhongbadu Powder mixed with vinegar on the treatment of rats＇ local symptom bitten by agkistrodon halys by external use. Methods： 40 rats＇ local symptom injected lagkistrodon halyx pallas venom were divided into blank group, control group,treatment group A,treatment group B,treatment group C randomly. The rats＇ main symptoms （Local bleeding,Swelling range,Ecchymosis range, Fester range） were observed at different time,and the integrals table were divised. Results： The intergals of the medication administration teams were lower than the blank group＇s Comparing the treatment groups with the control group,the intergals of the treatment groups were lower than the control group＇s. Comparing the treatment group B with group A and C, the intergals of the treatment group B were lower than group A and C. Conclusion： The best concentration of the chinese medicine Jiuweixiaozhongbadu Powder mixed with vinegar is 1：2.
