摘要
目的探讨急诊专职一体化护理小组干预在毒蛇咬伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2023年1月至2024年12月在我院治疗的74例毒蛇咬伤患者的临床资料,根据护理方案不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组实施常规急救护理干预,观察组实施急诊专职一体化护理小组干预。比较两组患者的救治效率以及干预前后的疼痛程度、心理状态,并比较两组的并发症发生情况。结果观察组的救治效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的疼痛评分、心理状态评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的疼痛评分、心理状态评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊专职一体化护理小组干预在毒蛇咬伤患者救治中的应用效果显著,可有效提高救治效率,缓解疼痛程度,改善负面情绪,且并发症发生率低,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of an integrated emergency specialized nursing team in the treatment of patients with snakebite.Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with snakebite treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing plans,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received conventional emergency nursing intervention,while the observation group received intervention from an integrated emergency specialized nursing team.The rescue efficiency,pain degree,and psychological state of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared,as well as the incidence of complications.Results The rescue efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the pain scores and psychological state scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain scores and psychological state scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of an integrated emergency specialized nursing team in the treatment of patients with snakebite has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the rescue efficiency,relieve pain,improve negative emotions,and has a low incidence of complications,making it worthy of clinical application.
