摘要
目的 研究烙铁头蛇伤肢体肿胀患者应用针刺负压拔罐治疗的临床疗效。方法 选择2023年1月至2023年12月期间重庆市南川区人民医院急诊科收治的80例烙铁头蛇伤肢体肿胀患者,按照随机数字表法法分为常规组和观察组,每组40例。常规组接受常规西医治疗,观察组接受针刺负压拔罐治疗。对比两组治疗效果与凝血功能。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于常规组,P<0.05。两组凝血功能指标治疗前后比较,P<0.05。结论 针刺负压拔罐治疗能提高烙铁头蛇伤肢体肿胀患者的治疗效果,且安全性较高,不会影响患者的凝血功能。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture and cupping under negative pressure in patients with limb swelling caused by snake injury in welding head.Methods:Eighty patients with limb swelling caused by snake injury in welding head,who were admitted to the emergency department of Nanchuan District People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023,were randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group received routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group received acupuncture and negative pressure cupping treatment.The therapeutic effect and coagulation function of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,P<0.05.The coagulation function indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture and negative pressure cupping therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of welding head snake-injured patients with limb swelling,and it is safe and will not affect the coagulation function of patients.
