三带喙库蚊密度调查及其对常用杀虫剂的抗药性 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解陕西省陇县三带喙库蚊的密度及其对常用杀虫剂的抗药性。方法分别采用人工小时法、灯诱法调查蚊虫密度;采用幼虫浸渍法测定8种杀虫剂对三带喙库蚊的LC_(50)。结果三带喙库蚊平均密度为1.45只/(灯·h);陇县三带喙库蚊对DDT、敌敌畏、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷及残杀威等8种杀虫剂的LC_(50)分别为0.459、9.422、0.040、0.019、0.028、0.003、7.059和9.338 mg/L;陇县三带喙库蚊对敌敌畏、双硫磷及残杀威产生了高抗性,对DDT、氯氰菊酯及高效氯氰菊酯产生了低抗性,对氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯敏感。结论利用三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性研究结果,指导科学合理用药,提高蚊虫杀灭效果。 Objective To investigate the density and insecticide resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Long County,Shaanxi Province. Methods Mosquito density was investigated with labor hour method and light trapping.The larvae dipping method was employed in the bioassay. Results The average density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus was1. 45 pieces per hour per lamp. For Culex tritaeniorhynchus larvae,the LC_(50) s of 8 kinds of insecticides including DDT,DDVP,permethrin,cypermethrin,beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,temephos and propoxur were respectively 0. 459,9. 422,0. 040,0. 019,0. 028,0. 003,7. 059 and 9. 338 mg / L. Culex tritaeniorhynchus developed high resistance to dichlorvos,propoxur and temephos,low resistance to DDT,beta-cypermethrin,permethrin and deltamethrin,and sensistive to permethrin and deltamethrin. Conclusion This result could provide scientific guidance for using insecticides,and improve killing effect against mosquito.
