摘要
近年来,中国深度参与到全球能源治理的进程之中,这既是维护能源安全的利益使然,也是主动为国际社会提供公共产品的责任所在。如果想在全球能源治理中发挥积极作用,中国应进行正确的角色定位,充分利用自身的比较优势。中国应该逐步推进全球治理改革,强化机制建设,扩大和深化合作议程,塑造全球能源治理规则,从而构建一个公平、正义、均衡、普惠的国际能源新秩序。
China has deeply involved itself in the global energy governance in recent years. China＇s goal is not only to protect energy security interests, but also to assume responsibility for providing public goods for the international community. If China wants to play an active role in global energy governance, it must be aware of its position and make full use of its comparative advantage. China should facilitate the global governance reform gradually, improve mechanisms, expand and deepen cooperation agenda, and formulate rules for global energy governance, so as to construct a fair, just, balanced and inclusive international energy order.
