为了进一步完善绩效分配激励机制,有效调动医院医务人员的工作积极性,结合该院绩效分配改革实践,探讨建立一种科学有效、公平合理的绩效工资分配模式,强化医务人员在医院管理的质量意识、成本意识和服务意识,进一步提高医疗服务质量和服务效率,促进医院持续健康发展。
In order to further improve the performance incentive mechanism of distribution, to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the medical staff, combined with the practice of performance distribution reform in our hospital, to investigate the performance salary allocation mode to establish an effective, fair and reasonable science, strengthen the medical personnel in the hospital cost management consciousness, quality consciousness and service consciousness, improve the medical service quality and efficiency and promote the sustained and healthy development of the hospital.
