BOT投融资方式是一种新型的投资方式。它是将民间私人资本引入基础设施领域建设的一种比较先进的投资方式。对其进行法律分析，有利于了解和掌握这一投资方式，为万州区的建设和发展服务。
The BQT investment way is a new-type investment way. It is also an advanced legal design which introducefolk personal capital into the consthechon of infrastructure field. So, we analyse it in a legal way, it will help us tounderstand and master this kind of investment way.
