摘要
医院绩效工资分配制度关系职工切身利益,建立、完善一套符合自身特性和行业特点的绩效分配与薪酬制度具有重要意义。我院通过用人制度改革和新的绩效工资分配制度实践,探索出了具有医院特色、符合时代特征的绩效与薪酬分配制度。
Hospital performance payment distribution system concerns the vital interests of hospital staffs,so it has great significance to establish and improve a performance distribution and payment system that accords with the features of the hospital and the characteristics of the industry.Through reform of the personnel system and practice of a new performance payment distribution system,a performance distribution and payment system that possesses the features of the hospital and accords with the characteristics of the time has been explored in our hospital.
