摘要
目的观察人性化护理管理在门诊输液室的效果。方法按照数字随机方法将80例门诊输液患者分成两组,对照组和实验组,每组均为40例,两组患者分别采用常规护理、人性化护理管理。结果在输液前SAS评分以及护理满意度方面,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强门诊输液室的人性化护理管理,能对患者的焦虑程度进行有效缓解,让患者对护理工作的满意度提高。
Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing management in the outpatient transfusion room.Methods According to the random number method of 80 cases of outpatient transfusion patients were divided into two groups, control group and experimental group were 40 cases, two groups were treated with routine nursing and humanistic nursing management.ResultsThe SAS score before and after transfusion the nursing satisfaction, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the humanistic nursing management of outpatient transfusion room can effectively relieve the anxiety degree of patients, so that patients can improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
