摘要 目的探讨自行研发的送检系统在临床支持中心检验标本输送的应用效果。方法开发送检系统并应用于临床支持中心输送检验标本过程中,以完成检验标本的快速准确交接。输送人员到病区收取标本后及将标本送达检验科时,使用座式或手持式扫描仪对每个标本的条形码进行扫描,系统自动记录标本数量,病人资料及相关检验项目,当班的输送人员,与检验科的交接时间等信息。结果比较送检系统应用前后不合格标本发生率、医护患满意度、纸张及人力资源耗费、责任不清造成三方矛盾及循环收取标本总时间等,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论软件的应用可简化交接手续,缩短交接时间,避免人工清点标本数量及双签名核对等环节,达到无纸化办公,节约人力财力成本;清晰追踪标本送达时间,责任到人,减少临床科室、支持中心及检验科三方之间因不合格标本或时间延误等原因而互相推诿的纠纷,从而达到降低不合格标本发生率,提高医务人员及患者满意度。 Objective To investigate the application effect of the self-developed software system used in the clinical support center for conveying specimen. Methods Developed the software system and applied to the clinical support center in the process of conveying test specimens, in order to achieve the rapid and accurate transfer of specimen. When the delivery personnel went to the ward to collect the specimen and sent the specimen to the laboratory, the bar code for each specimen was scanned by using a seat or a handheld scanner.Subsequently, the system automatically recorded the number of specimens, the patients' data and related inspection items, the personnel on duty, and the time of handover and other information related to the inspection department personnel. Results Compared the rate of unqualified specimen, the satisfaction degree of medical staff and patients, the paper and human resource consumption, unclear responsibility had resulted in contradiction for three parties, the total time to the round collection of specimens before and after the application of inspection system. All above comparisons showed significant difference (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ). Conclusions The application of the software can simplify the handover procedure ; shorten the time of delivery; avoid counting the number of specimens manually and conducting double signature verification, etc. Finally, it can achieve paperless office, and save manpower and resources; clarify tracking specimen delivery time and responsibility to people; reduce the disputes arising from the failure of the specimen or time delay between the departments; so as to reduce the incidence of non qualified specimen, and improve the satisfaction of medical personnel and patients.
