摘要 目的通过标本派单系统的研发与应用,缩短标本运送时长,实现检验标本运送质量的控制。方法自主研发标本派单系统,护理人员采集标本后通过系统直接把运送需求信息发送至运送员手机APP及后勤主管的计算机桌面上,运送员通过抢单或派单操作在设定的时间内前往病区取样,借助倒计时警示功能快速运送。统计分析该系统应用前后住院患者急诊标本、普通标本运送时长中位数并进行对比。结果应用派单系统后,急诊标本、普通标本运送时长中位数分别从应用前的29.43分钟、43.35分钟缩短至16.43分钟、28.11分钟,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论信息化手段可有效提高标本运送的效率,实现人员的科学管理。 Objective To shorten the time of specimen transportation and realize the quality control of specimen transportation through the research,development and application of specimen dispatch system.Methods With the independently developed specimen dispatching system,nurses directly sent the transportation demand information to the transporters'mobile phone APP and the logistics supervisor's computer desktop through the system after collecting the specimens.Through order grabbing and distribution,the transporters should go to the ward to get the specimens in the set time and finish the fast delivery with the help of countdown warning function.The median delivery time of emergency specimens and common specimens of inpatients before and after the application of the system were statistically analyzed and compared.Results After applying the dispatch system,the median time of delivering emergency specimens and ordinary specimens were shortened into 16.43 minutes and 28.11 minutes from 29.43 minutes and 43.35 minutes before respectively.The difference was significant(p<0.01).Conclusion Informatization can effectively improve the efficiency of specimen transportation and realize the scientific management of personnel.
