摘要
目的探讨广东省三级甲等医院医疗输送系统运行现状,分析医疗输送系统行业存在的问题,为制订医疗输送系统规范措施提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对广东省25家三级甲等医院医疗输送系统的现状进行调查并分析其存在的问题。结果广东省25家三级甲等医院中,18家医院已建立临床支持中心。存在着医院管理部门不明确,管理力度不一,社会化物业管理公司运作管理水平良莠不齐,缺乏有效管理机制等问题。结论强有力的临床支持系统是医院提供优质医疗护理服务的保证,建立并完善一套标准的医疗输送专业服务指南及质量管理系统是新医改形势下医院亟待解决的问题。
Objective To investigate the current situation of health care delivery system,to analyze the existing problems of this system,and to provide theoretical basis to regulate the health care delivery system.Method The status quo of medical transportation system and questions in 25 tertiary hospitals in Guangdong province were investigated and analyzed by using self-designed questionnaires.Results Of these 25 hospitals,18 hospitals have established the clinical supporting center.The questions are as following：some hospital administration department not clear,management intensity vary,management level in market operation companies mixed,lack of effective management mechanisms and so on.Conclusions Under the new medical reform,strong clinical support system is the cornerstone of high quality medical care.To establish and improve a standard health care delivery system guidelines and quality management system is an problem to be solved urgently under the new medical reform condition.
