摘要
分析了目前基层医院开展中央运输工作的现状与存在的问题,结合医院实际,提出了相应的应对策略,以期实现服务流程、服务质量优化,提高病人满意度,达到方便病人及家属的初衷。
This article emphasizes on analysing current status and existing issues of centralized transportations at basic hospitals. It provides corresponding strategy combined with practical experience of hospitals. The aim is to implement service flow, optimize service quality, raise satisfactory rate of patients, and meet the original intention of patients and their families.
