聚丙烯多相改性体系的裂尖过程区与增韧模型 被引量:5

摘要 本文对 PP/HDPE 和 PP/HDPE/SBS 两种聚丙烯多相改性体系利用边裂纹板条试件进行了裂尖平面应变过程区的 SEM 观察。与放射状银纹束所表征的纯 PP 裂尖过程区的演化过程不同,聚丙烯多相改性体系在低、中速拉伸过程中很难观察到银纹束,其增韧效应由裂尖过程区中逐步形成的蘑菇头状超钝化区所造成。 Scanning electronic microscopy is conducted to reveal the plane strain fra-cture process zone of the single edge crack panel specimens made of severalmodified polypropylene multi-phase material systems,namely PP/HDPE and PP/HDPE/SBS.In contrast to the fracture process zone of pure PP material,which is composed of crazes radiating from the crack flank,the craze stru-cture is hardly observable in the modified polypropylene multi-phase systemssubject to tensile loading at low and intermediate rates.It is found in the pre-sent paper that the toughening in modified PP systems is caused primarily bythe superblunting mushroom shape crack profile formed gradually in the fra-cture process.
