摘要
根据已有的实验结果 ,考虑银纹损伤演变规律 ,假设裂尖银纹模型 ,导出了 I型裂纹准静态下裂纹尖端银纹增长的微分方程和稳态扩展的方程 ,研究了裂纹长度及其扩展速度随时间的演变规律 ,初步分析了银纹损伤区平均应力的变化 ,对含 I型裂纹 PMMA的寿命进行了探讨。
Crack growth of polymers with craze damage has been studied in this paper. According to the previous experimental results, a model was proposed to consider damage in craze zone at model I crack tip of PMMA. Stress distribution in craze zone is shown to be non uniform and time dependent under creep condition. Velocity of crack growth varies with time and depends upon the initial crack length. Numerical results are coinciding with former experiments. Some significant conclusions are drawn.
